Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Pelican Aqua Holding PLC
Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Pelican Aqua Holding PLC to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.The company is granted an exemption from Euronext Growth Rulebook I section 3.1.13 requiring 2 years of financial accounts. Exemption is given as the company was incorporated in March 2026.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 15 September 2026.
